Chuck Andrews

Chuck Andrews is a board member and General Counsel to the JDA Foundation.  Chuck, the son of founder JD Andrews, brings over 26 years of corporate legal and executive experience to the JDA Foundation. Mr. Andrews served in several legal and executive positions during his 26-year career at IBM.  

In addition to his corporate and legal experience,
Mr. Andrews has been an active community volunteer and served on boards of non-profit organizations, including “The Hospitality House” a San Francisco agency that provides services to the homeless and the Charles Houston Bar Association. Mr. Andrews was awarded the Benjamin Travis Community Service Award by the Bar Association for his efforts at creating volunteer programs, which brought minority professionals together with under-served Bay Area middle school students in mentoring relationships. 

Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ball State University and a JD degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
